Product Details:

YHCB series gear oil pump is a positive displacement pump consisting of two sets of gears, a pump body, and front and rear covers. As the gears rotate, the teeth in the suction chamber gradually separate, increasing the volume between the teeth and creating a vacuum or negative pressure zone. With continued rotation, the sucked-in liquid is conveyed to the discharge chamber side. On the discharge side, the gear teeth gradually mesh, causing the volume between the teeth to decrease. This compresses the liquid, forcing it out of the pump body and into the piping system.

Application:

YHCB series horizontal gear pumps are special gear pumps for fuel delivery by tanker trucks, which are mainly used for conveying non-corrosive liquids with viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt and temperature not exceeding 80℃, without solid particles, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, mechanical lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), diamine acetate, amine acetate, and methylamine acetate, etc. The main parts of the pump can be made of different materials according to the needs of users.
