Horizontal YCB gear transfer pump is applicable for conveying lubricating oil or liquids with a similar viscosity that are used in hydraulic transmission systems have a viscosity of 5–1500 cst, including diesel, gasoline, kerosene and more. There are two types of shaft end seals, including packing seals and mechanical seals, which can be selected according to specific applications and users.

Product Details:

This series of gear pumps is external meshing method, double gear structure. A pair of gears meshes perfectly with the pump barrel, dividing the gear pump into two vacuum chambers, one sucking in liquid and one discharging liquid. When the gear starts to rotate, the volume of suction chamber becomes larger, the pressure becomes lower, the liquid enters into the suction chamber under the influence of pressure difference, as the gear continues to rotate, the liquid is transported to the discharge chamber, the volume of the discharge chamber becomes smaller, the pressure becomes higher, and the liquid is finally discharged.

Application:

1. It can be used as a transfer pump or booster in the oil delivery system.
