Product Details:

YHCB series circular arc gear pump is composed of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers, forming two closed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengaged side changes from large to small, forming a vacuum and the liquid is sucked in. At the same time, the volume of the space on the meshing side of the gears changes from large to small, so that the liquid is squeezed into the pipeline. The suction and discharge chambers of the pump are separated by the meshing lines of the two gears, and the meshing lines are made of a special material that is explosion-proof.

YHCB series horizontal gear pumps are mainly suitable for conveying viscosity of 5-1500cst, temperature below 80 ℃, no solid particles, non-corrosive oil media, including gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, acetate diamine, acetic acid, three amine, acetic acid, hexamethylamine, and so on.
