YCB series circular arc gear pump is a kind of external meshing circular arc gear pump, which breaks through the traditional design and brings the design, production and use of gear pump into a new realm. The pump adopts double arc plus sinusoidal curve composite into tooth shape, with high efficiency, low noise, long life and other characteristics. It is suitable for conveying and transporting lubricating oil or other liquids of similar nature to lubricating oil which do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, the temperature is not higher than 300℃, and the viscosity is 5-1500cSt.

Product Details:

YCB series circular gear oil pumps deliver fluid by utilizing changes in the working volume between the pump housing and the meshing gears. When the two gears mesh, the pump housing and the front and rear covers form two sealed chambers， as the gears rotate in a specific direction, the volume of the chamber on the meshing side increases, creating a vacuum that draws in the fluid. Meanwhile, the volume of the chamber on the non-meshing side decreases, forcing the liquid out through the discharge port.

2. It can be applied as transmission pump and pressurized pump in oil transmission system.
3. The pump is able to be used as transmission pump, pressurized pump and injection pump in fuel system.
