YCB series circular arc gear pump is a kind of external meshing circular arc gear pump, which breaks through the traditional design and brings the design, production and use of gear pump into a new realm. The pump adopts double arc plus sinusoidal curve composite into tooth shape, with high efficiency, low noise, long life and other characteristics. It is suitable for conveying and transporting lubricating oil or other liquids of similar nature to lubricating oil which do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, the temperature is not higher than 300℃, and the viscosity is 5-1500cSt.

Product Details:

YCB series circular gear oil pumps convey liquid through the change of working volume between the pump casing and meshing gears. When two gears mesh, the pump casing and front and rear covers form two closed chambers. When the gears rotate in a specific direction, the volume of the chamber on the gear-meshing side changes from small to large, creating a vacuum to draw in the liquid, and at the same time, the volume of the chamber on the gear-meshing side changes from large to small, thus squeezing the liquid into the discharge pipe.
