YCB series circular arc gear pump is an circular arc positive displacement pump specifically designed for non-corrosive, low-viscosity lubricants, characterized by smooth delivery, low noise, and extended service life. It is commonly used in fuel transfer, hydraulic systems, lubrication stations, and general industrial circulation applications to convey liquid media such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, diesel, heavy fuel oil, and vegetable oil. This machine employs a double-sine curve tooth profile design, ensuring pulsation-free and low-noise operation during conveyance while eliminating the occurrence of liquid lock.

Product Details:

YCB series horizontal gear pump primarily consists of a drive gear, driven gear, pump body, front and rear cover plates, and sealing components. Upon pump startup, the drive gear meshes with the driven gear, causing the driven gear to rotate synchronously. Simultaneously, the gear crowns and sides, together with the pump body, form sealed working chambers that vary in volume as the gears rotate, thereby achieving fluid suction and discharge.

Application:

YCB series gear oil transfer pumps are suitable for conveying lubricating oils or similar media with viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 cSt, free of solid particles and fibers, at operating temperatures below 200°C. These pumps can serve as lubrication pumps in industries such as power generation, chemical processing, petroleum, and shipping, or function as transfer pumps or booster pumps within oil delivery systems.
