Product Details:

YCB series arc gear pump operates based on a pair of intermeshing arc gears within the pump body. When driven by the motor, the meshing teeth on the suction side gradually disengage, causing the sealed chamber volume to increase progressively and creating a local vacuum. As the gears continue rotating, the liquid is carried along the pump housing wall toward the discharge port side, causing the volume of the sealing chamber on that side to decrease gradually. The liquid trapped between the teeth is compressed and forcibly expelled through the discharge port, thereby achieving continuous and stable medium delivery.
