YHCB series gear oil pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive liquids with viscosity 5～1500cSt, temperature not exceeding 80℃ and without solid particles. Meanwhile, the product can also choose different materials to suit acid, alkali, benzene, xylene, toluene, alcohol, ketone, ester and various chemical media with suitable concentration. The machine has the advantages of large flow, high head, small volume, low noise, low rotational speed, and strong self-priming ability.

Product Details:

Mobile YHCB gear oil pump is a kind of positive displacement pump, which consists of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers, forming two closed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengaged side changes from large to small, and finally a vacuum is formed. When the liquid is sucked in, the volume of the space on the gear meshing side changes from large to small, and the liquid is thus squeezed into the pipeline. In addition, the suction and discharge chambers are separated by the meshing lines of the two gears, and the gears are made of special materials that are explosion-proof.

Application:

YHCB oil transfer gear pump is mainly suitable for conveying various oil media with viscosity 5-1500cst, temperature below 80℃, no solid particles, no corrosive, including gasoline, kerosene, diesel lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, diamine acetate, triamine acetate, hexamethylamine acetate, etc. The pumps are mainly used in the transportation of gasoline, kerosene, diesel lubricating oil and other flammable and explosive media. It can also choose nylon wheel and copper wheel materials to meet the requirements of transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and other flammable and explosive media, is a good vehicle explosion-proof oil pump.
