LCB series heat jacket gear pump is designed to transport non-corrosive, non-solid particles, and solidified medium at room temperature, such as lubricating oil, fuel oil, asphalt, resin, rubber and so on. The inlet and outlet of the equipment are equipped with hollow jackets and flanges, which can heat and cool the conveyed liquid and pump by means of thermal oil, steam and hot water. It is especially suitable for outdoor installation in alpine areas and occasions where the process medium requires heat preservation. The machinecan also be used for heavy oil conveying pipelines in refineries, linoleum factories, asphalt plants, unloading stations and other enterprises, as well as for asphalt spraying operations in construction projects such as roads and squares.

Product Details:

The entrance and exit of the machine are equipped with hollow jackets and flanges, which can be used to heat and cool the conveyed liquid and the pump by means of heat-conducting oil, steam and hot water. When the conveyed viscosity is large, the speed reducer, speed-regulating motor or pulley drive should be used to reduce the speed of the pump. The machine is made of cast steel, the service life is 5 times that of cast iron, and the material of class II, Q235, is suitable for conveying heavy oil/asphalt which is non-corrosive and without solid particles below 350℃.

Application:

LCB series heat jacket gear pumps convey non-corrosive, non-solid particles, solidifiable media at room temperature. It is particularly suitable for outdoor installation in cold areas and process media need heat preservation occasions, the medium temperature up to 300 ℃, viscosity of 5 ~ 1500 cst.
