The internal cavity of the KCB series gear pump is divided into separate suction and discharge chambers by a pair of meshing drive and driven gears. When the motor drives the drive gear to rotate, causing the driven gear to rotate synchronously in the opposite direction, the gears gradually disengage on the suction side, expanding the inter-tooth volume and creating a local vacuum. On the discharge side, the gears re-engage, causing the inter-tooth volume to rapidly decrease. This forcefully compresses the liquid, generating high pressure before it is continuously discharged through the outlet pipe, completing the entire pumping cycle.
