2CY series fuel oil gear pump is an ideal choice for conveying systems, fuel supply system increase and injection as well as all kinds of industrial fields. This machine is applicable for handling non-corrosive lubricating oils or equivalent liquids at temperatures below 300°C, free of solid particles and fibers. The gears of this pump have undergone nitriding treatment, resulting in high hardness and wear resistance, and the lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the conveying medium during pump operation.

2CY series fuel oil gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump covers, bearing bushings, bearing seals and so on. Gears undergo nitriding treatment to have high hardness and wear resistance, and all operating components inside the pump are lubricated with the medium they transport. The four bearing sleeves inside the pump can be installed floating inside the pump body, and the end face clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the volumetric efficiency is high.

Application:

2CY series fuel oil gear pump can be used as a transfer pump or booster pump in the fuel delivery system, as weel as a fuel pump. It can be also applied as hydraulic pump supplying hydraulic power in hydraulic system and in all industry fields as lubricating pump.
