Product Details:
When using a fully automatic bottle filling machine, bottles, cans and containers to be filled need to be placed under the filling nozzle either manually or automatically using a conveyor belt. Once the sensors of the filling machine recognize the container, the valve of the filling nozzle will open and a steady stream of liquid will flow out. The machine will utilize the volume and weight functions to determine if the container is full, and if it is, the system will automatically close the valve and stop the flow, thus completing the filling.
