IH series horizontal chemical pump is designed for conveying corrosive liquids with a temperature generally less than 80℃, without solid particles and viscosity similar to water. IH series horizontal centrifugal oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump. Its model designations, rated performance points, and dimensions comply with the international standard ISO 2858-1975 (E). It is an energy-efficient, upgraded product introduced by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps, meeting the corrosion resistance and viscosity requirements of chemical process fluids. If necessary, the temperature of the pumped medium can be higher after implementing appropriate cooling measures.

Product Details:
IH series centrifugal pumps operate by using a high-speed rotating impeller to generate centrifugal force, converting the kinetic energy of the liquid into pressure energy to achieve liquid transfer. After startup, the impeller rotates at high speed driven by the motor, generating powerful centrifugal force under the action of the pressure difference between the suction surface and the low-pressure zone at the center of the impeller. Due to the pressure difference between the suction liquid level and the low-pressure zone at the center of the impeller, the liquid is continuously drawn into the impeller, resulting in continuous flow. As the flow passage within the pump casing gradually widens and the fluid velocity gradually decreases, the liquid is discharged from the pump outlet at a higher pressure.
