The pump utilizes a hydraulic assembly consisting of a flow-channel impeller and a volute casing, a design that effectively reduces the overall length of the unit, making it more compact while also minimizing vibration and noise during operation. In addition, the impeller undergoes rigorous dynamic and static balancing to ensure that no significant vibration occurs during both no-load and loaded operation, thereby extending the service life of wear-prone components such as bearings.

When the WQ series centrifugal pump is powered on, the rotor directly drives the pump shaft and impeller to rotate, causing the impeller blades to propel the liquid medium at high speed, flinging the medium toward the edge of the pump casing under centrifugal force and creating a high-pressure zone. In contrast, a low-pressure zone forms at the center of the impeller, drawing in liquid from the outside continuously under atmospheric pressure. The flung-out fluid enters the volute-shaped passageway of the pump casing, where its velocity reduces and pressure increases, eventually being discharged through the outlet.
