IRG vertical hot water centrifugal pump belongs to high temperature single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump series. The machine adopts the performance parameters of IR series centrifugal pumps and is designed and manufactured according to international standards on the basis of general pipeline pumps. It is applicable for transferring clean water and other liquids similar to clean water, such as industrial and urban water supply and drainage, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressure, long-distance conveyance and sanitary ware supporting equipment.
Application:
IRG series hot water circulation pump is widely used in energy, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, and hotels and restaurants, such as boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation. 
Advantage:
1. The hot water pipeline pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameters are the same, and are located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The appearance is compact and beautiful, the floor area is small, and the construction investment is low. The protective cover can be placed outdoors.
2. The impeller of the hot water pipeline pump is directly installed on the elongated shaft of the motor. The axial dimension is short and the structure is compact. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably arranged, which can effectively stabilize the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring the pump The operation is stable, the vibration is small, and the noise is low.
3. The shaft seal of the high temperature pipeline pump adopts tungsten carbide to graphite, hard alloy and other materials, which effectively prolongs the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The high-temperature pipeline pump is easy to install and maintain, no need to disassemble the pipeline system, just remove the nut of the pump joint seat to extract all the rotor parts.
5. The pipeline pump can be operated in series or in parallel according to the requirements of use, that is, the needs of flow and head.
6. The pump can be installed in a solid or horizontal manner according to the requirements of the pipeline arrangement.
Working Conditions:
1. The maximum working pressure of the IRG hot water pipeline pump system is less than or equal to 1.6Mpa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5Mpa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be put forward separately when ordering, so that the over-current part and the connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacture.
2. The ambient temperature of the hot water pipeline pump is less than 40℃, and the relative humidity is less than 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the medium conveyed by the hot water pipeline pump does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify it when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use the wear-resistant mechanical seal.
