IRG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump belongs to the high-temperature single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump series, with features stable operation, wide application, superior performance, low failure rate, and simple operation. This pump is specially designed for transporting clean water and other liquids similar to clean water, and can meet the requirements of industrial water supply, urban drainage, garden sprinkler irrigation, firefighting pressure boosting, and long-distance transportation.

Product Details:

When using an IRG hot water pipeline pump, centrifugal force propels water outward from the center of the impeller, creating a low-pressure zone. This causes water to be continuously drawn into the impeller center and then expelled again, thereby achieving water flow transportation. The maximum operating pressure of the pump does not exceed 1.6 MPa, and the hydraulic test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Conversely, when the operating pressure of the pump system exceeds 1.6 MPa, the overflow section and connection sections of the pump must be manufactured using cast steel material.

Application:

IRG series centrifugal water pumps are commonly used for conveying clear water and similar clear water with the temperature not exceeding 80°C. On the one hand, it is applicable to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pipeline booster, garden watering, fire-fighting pipeline booster, long-distance water supply, bathing, hot and cold water circulation booster and related machinery. On the other hand, the pump can also be used in energy, oil refining, wood processing, chemical industry, textile, paper making, catering, bathing, hotels and boiler hot water circulation, city heating system and other fields.

Feature:

1. Its impeller is directly mounted on the slender shaft of the motor, and the bearing arrangement of the pump and the motor is reasonable, which can effectively stabilize the radial and axial loads generated when the pump is running.
2. The water circulation pump is of vertical structure, with the same diameter of water inlet and outlet, and located on the same centerline. The shape is compact and beautiful, covers a small area, and the construction investment is small.
3. The shaft seal of vertical boiler water pump adopts tungsten carbide, graphite, hard alloy and other materials, which effectively prolongs the service life of mechanical seal.
4. It can be installed in solid or horizontal mode according to the requirements of piping arrangement.
