Product Details:
When the impeller of this pump rotates at high speed in the pump casing, the liquid between the vanes rotates with it. Due to the centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller, thus forming a low-pressure area in the center of the impeller. This area causes the liquid to be sucked into the pump under atmospheric pressure and enter the center of the impeller through the inlet pipe of the pump. The liquid thrown to the outer edge of the impeller is guided by the pump casing and flows to the outlet pipe of the pump, thus realizing the discharge of the liquid.
Application:
R series centrifugal water pump is suitable for metallurgy, power station, chemical industry and other departments, used to transport high-pressure hot water below 250 ℃ without solid particles. The maximum temperature of the hot water being transported is 250℃, and the maximum inlet pressure of the pump is 5MPa. When the temperature of the hot water is not higher than 250℃, the inlet pressure of the pump should not be greater than 3MPa.
Feature:
1. The pump is divided into single-stage single-suction and double-stage single-suction cantilever type, adopting floating ring seal, and the bearing adopts rolling bearing and ball bearing.
2. Its body and pump cover part from the back of the impeller at the dissected, maintenance without moving the pump body, suction pipeline, can be maintained, convenient and fast.
3. Slurry pump for hanging wall centrifugal type, impeller front and back cover with back vane to reduce leakage and improve the service life of the pump
