KCB series magnetic gear pump is mainly composed of gears, axles, pump body, pump cover, safety valve, and axle-end, and seal. It is applicable for lubricating oil or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibers at temperatures below 200 C, and with a viscosity of 5-1500 cSt. All of parts of the lubrication pump are pump work automatically to achieve using the output media.

Product Details:

1. KCB magnetic gear pumps are mainly gear oil pump gear, shaft, pump body, valve, and shaft end seal. The gears are heat-treated for high hardness and strength and are mounted with the shaft to run in replaceable bushings. When the pump is working, the parts in the pump are automatically lubricated by the output medium.
2. The pump is designed with reasonable discharge and return grooves so that the gears bear the smallest torque when working.
Therefore, the bearing load is small, less wear and tear, and the pump efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the pump is designed with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

Application:

1. Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil.
2. Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Pulp and Paper: Acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
4. Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food.
