CQ series chmeical magnetic pumps are characterized by reasonable design, advanced technology, full seal, no leakage, corrosion resistance and so on. Generally, it can be used for such media as acid, alkali, oil, rare and precious liquid, toxic and volatile substances, and it can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment, national defense and other industries. At the same time, the pump's filtering parts are in a completely sealed state, completely solving the problem of leakage that can not be avoided by mechanical sealing of other pumps.

Product Details:

CQ series magnetic pump consists of three parts: pump head assembly, magnetic actuator and electric motor. The magnetic actuator is the core part, which is composed of outer magnetic rotor, inner magnetic rotor and non-conducting magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate through the coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and the non-magnetic material isolation sleeve, and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously, so as to realize the contactless synchronous transmission of power.

Application:

CQ series magnetic drive centrifugal pump is suitable for chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, electroplating, foodstuffs, developing and printing of films and photographs, scientific research institutes and the defense industry for pumping dilute acids, dilute alkalis, dilute oily liquids, toxic liquids and volatile liquids, as well as as as fittings for water-circulation equipment and filters, and are particularly suitable for pumping liquids that are prone to leakage, flammability and explosiveness.

1. When the pump is overloaded, its inner and outer magnetic rotors slide past each other, thereby protecting both the motor and the pump.
2. It achieves synchronous drive through a coupling, which is contactless and frictionless, resulting in low power consumption and high efficiency. This not only reduces the impact of motor vibration on the pump but also mitigates the impact on the motor when the pump experiences cavitation-induced vibration.
3. The pump’s high-quality shaft seal completely prevents media leakage, effectively preventing flammable, explosive, toxic, and hazardous media in industries such as oil refining and chemical processing from leaking through the pump seal, thereby ensuring production safety.
