ZX series centrifugal pumps are specifically designed for pumping clean liquids such as fresh water and seawater that do not contain solid particles and are either non-corrosive or generally non-corrosive. Thanks to its self-priming capability, there is no need to fill the pump chamber with liquid before startup. Relying on its structural design, the pump draws in and discharges liquid located below the pump shaft, making it particularly suitable for applications with complex piping or where the liquid level is lower than the pump center. As a result, it has gradually become a trusted pumping solution in industries such as agricultural irrigation, construction, and industrial manufacturing.

Product Details:

ZX series self-priming pumps operate on the principle of gas-liquid mixing and separation. When the liquid medium enters the gas-liquid separation chamber, the gas is discharged through the pump outlet, while the liquid returns to the impeller inlet via the recirculation port to continue mixing with the air inside the pump. As the air within the pump is gradually expelled, creating a local vacuum, the liquid is drawn into the pump, completing the self-priming process and transitioning the pump to its normal centrifugal operation, thereby enabling continuous and stable delivery.

Application:

This machine can pump fresh water, seawater, acidic and alkaline liquids, chemical liquids, and media with a solid content of no more than 30%. It is primarily suitable for industries such as urban environmental protection, construction, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, printing and dyeing, brewing, power generation, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, and tanker truck drainage. Furthermore, this machine can be equipped with a swing-arm nozzle to spray water into the air, creating a fine mist, making it a valuable tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea plantations.
