SH single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying water and liquid media with physical and chemical properties similar to water in applications such as mine drainage, urban and power station drainage, agricultural irrigation, and various water conservancy projects. Furthermore, this pump features a streamlined double-suction impeller design, delivering optimal hydraulic performance and exceptional shock resistance, enabling it to provide stable, high-flow delivery over extended periods.

Product Details:

When the SH series marine centrifugal pump starts, the motor drives the impeller to rotate, transferring energy to the liquid through the impeller to achieve liquid conveyance. During operation, liquid enters the pump body through the suction inlet, accelerates and pressurizes under the impeller's action, and is ultimately discharged through the discharge outlet.

Application:

SH series single-stage centrifugal pumps are primarily designed for conveying various types of clean water and mildly corrosive liquids. They are suitable for residential water supply, pressurized water supply for industrial boilers, circulating water treatment in air conditioning systems, reverse osmosis systems in the food industry, and water supply in the pharmaceutical sector. These pumps can also be applied in water treatment plants, air conditioning circulating water systems, building water supply systems, irrigation systems, drainage pumping stations, power plants, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, and the marine industry.

Feature:

1. The double-suction impeller features a streamlined, optimized design that minimizes axial forces to an extremely low level. Additionally, the inner surface of the pump casing and the impeller surface exhibit an exceptionally high degree of smoothness, delivering outstanding cavitation resistance and efficiency.
2. The pump body can be equipped with a self-priming device to enable automatic water suction, allowing startup and operation without requiring a foot valve, vacuum pump, or recirculation device.
3. The shaft assembly employs either mechanical seal or packing seal configurations, ensuring continuous leak-free operation for 8,000 hours.
