Unscrew the drain plug on the suspension, remove the lubricating oil, and remove the motor. Loosen the connecting bolt of the pump body and the bearing body, and separate the impeller, the shaft seal body, the bearing body and the pump body. Loosen the impeller nut and remove the impeller and part keys.

Screw pump is usually divided into single-screw pump, double-screw pump, three-screw pump and five-screw pump according to the number of screws, each has its own advantages, and there must be a choice in popularization and application.

(1) when the temperature of the working liquid increases, the viscosity of the working liquid decreases, the leakage of the pump increases, and the actual flow rate of the pump decreases.(2) the seals of hydraulic systems and components deteriorate at high temperature, the elastic denaturation ability decreases, the sealing performance decreases, even the seal fails, and the leakage increases.

The noise of the gear pump is mainly the aerodynamic noise produced by the gas or liquid during transportation, the structural noise caused by the vibration of the motor housing, the noise caused by the vibration of the machine base, and the noise of the motor. The peak of this kind of noise level is mainly concentrated in the low octave band, about 100-450Hz. The sound source belongs to steady-state noise when the gear pump room is running normally.
