Check whether the oil in the gear box is normal before starting the
rotary lobe pump. Observe transparent oil label, oil stock is best with half of the oil label window.
Lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. In general, it should be replaced after 4000 hours of operation. Before starting, open all the inlet and outlet valves of the pipeline. When the medium flows into the cavity, rotate the pump by hand and there is no abnormality, you can start to move. After confirming the steering of the rotary lobe pump and the flow of the medium, the formal operation of the empty pump is prohibited.
When the pump reaches the normal speed, observe the pressure index of the rotary lobe pump. When the rotary lobe pump installation position has suction requirements, should be in the pump inlet pipe and pump cavity filled with material. When the process requires heating or cooling of the medium, the heating or cooling device should be opened before opening the rotary lobe pump, the heating energy half should be opened 10 minutes in advance, and then the rotary lobe pump. Equipped with cooling water mechanical seal pump, the cooling water must be turned on before starting, and ensure that there is no cut-off phenomenon after starting, otherwise the mechanical seal is easy to damage.
