The
Rotary lobe pump is a kind of volumetric pump which changes the volume of the pump through a pair of synchronous rotating rotors, forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying fluid. Attention should be paid to the matters needing attention when using rotor pumps.
(1) The newly installed Rotary lobe pump should clean the filter screen and filter once a month to avoid blockage of the rotor pump.
(2) After conveying the viscous medium, the medium in the pump should be diluted before stopping the pump to prevent the medium from remaining in the Rotary lobe pump and causing blockage.
(3) The viscosity, flow rate and other parameters of the conveying medium should be controlled within the required range of the pump to avoid click overload operation.
(4) The Rotary lobe pump is equipped with a mechanical sealing device for cooling water. The cooling water should be turned on before starting, and then the pump should be turned on. Whether the cooling water is normal is often observed, and it is strictly forbidden to run without cooling water.
(5) Regularly check whether the connecting and fastening screws are loose, and if so, please fasten them in time.
