Product Details:
IRG series chemical pipeline water pump's impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, and when the motor is started, the impeller rotates at high speed with it. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid will be thrown from the center of the impeller to the edge of the impeller, thus forming a high-speed rotating liquid flow. The same liquid under the action of the impeller, its speed and pressure are increased. Under the action of pressure difference, the liquid is discharged from the outlet of the pump into the pipeline system, thus realizing the transportation of liquid. Simultaneously, due to the continuous rotation of the impeller, new liquid is continuously sucked into the center of the impeller, forming a continuous conveying process.
Application:
1. Metallurgical industry: This pump can be used in cooling circulating water transportation in metallurgical process and pressurized circulation of high temperature hot water.
2. Chemical industry: It is suitable for conveying all kinds of chemical raw materials, intermediate products and finished products, such as acid, alkali and salt solutions.
3. Textile industry: It is used in the air conditioning system and cooling circulating water system of textile factories.

Feature:
1. The impeller of this pump is directly mounted on the slender shaft of the motor. The axial dimension is short and the structure is compact. Reasonable arrangement of pump and motor bearings can effectively stabilize the radial and axial loads generated when the pump is running.
2. The pump is easy to install and maintain, no need to dismantle the pipeline system, only need to remove the nut of the pump coupling seat, you can pump out all the rotor parts.
3. It is of vertical structure, the inlet and outlet have the same diameter and are located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve.
4. Its shaft seal adopts tungsten carbide, graphite, hard alloy and other materials, which effectively extends the service life of the mechanical seal.
5. The pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of use, i.e. flow rate and head.
