YCB series gear pump is applicable for delivering non-corrosive lubricating oil or equipment liquid without solid particles and fibers at temperatures below 300°C and a viscosity of 5-1500cSt, such as diesel fuel, crude oil, heavy oil, lubricating and plant oils, etc. This machine can meet different working environments, in other words, it can operate stably in harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure and high viscosity. When you want to increase the medium viscosity 50000cSt, you can reduce the speed to achieve its purpose.
The gears of the YCB gear oil transfer pump are manufactured by double arc sine curve tooth shape. And compared with involute gears, its outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding of tooth profile surface during gear meshing. Therefore, there is no wear on the tooth surface, smooth operation, no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long service life and high efficiency. The structural design of YCB series gear oil pump is relatively simple and compact, mainly composed of gears, axles, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, shafts, seals and so on, which is convenient to maintain and reduces operating costs. We design the structure of the pump body taking into account factors such as strength, rigidity and sealing to ensure that the pump can withstand certain pressures and temperatures during operation without leakage.
The YCB gear pump's shaft end seal is designed in two forms, one is the mechanical seal and the other is a packing seal, which can be determined according to the specific use and user requirements. The mechanical seal has the advantages of good sealing performance, small leakage and long service life, but the structure is complicated and the cost is high. And the packing seal structure is simple, low cost, but the sealing performance is relatively poor, the leakage is larger. In addition, this machine can provide a stable flow output, which is suitable for applications with high flow requirements.
