IS series centrifugal water pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump that is suitable for handling clear water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties as clear water, and the temperature is not higher than 80°C. Therefore, the pump is often used as an ideal choice for industrial and urban water supply, drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance transmission, heating and cooling circulations, bathrooms and other fields.
When the IS series centrifugal pump starts, the pump shaft drives the impeller to make high-speed rotary movement together, exerting centrifugal force on the pumped clean water. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump casing, due to the gradual expansion of the flow channel in the casing, the liquid flow rate is gradually reduced, and part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and then flows into the discharge pipeline along the tangential direction. Relying on the continuous operation of the impeller, the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged, thus realizing the transportation of clear water or other liquids with physicochemical properties similar to clear water. Therefore, the pump can have a high head and large flow rate features, which can meet the requirements of a variety of occasions of clear water transportation.
The flow rate of IS clean water centrifugal pump is generally in the range of 6.3-400m³/h, and the head is generally in the range of 5-125m, and the common rotational speed of the pump is 2900r/min and 1450r/min, which needs to be selected according to the rotational speed of the motor and the transmission method and other factors.
