Specific methods of sealing and cooling of heat conducting oil pump:
1. Single face seal: using injection flushing, the washing solution is reduced second-line wax oil at about 100C, and the pressure is higher 0.05~0.15Mpa than that in the sealing cavity. Hot water (soft water) is used for rapid cooling on the outside of the gland. It can generally be used for one cycle (ten months).
2. Metal bellows machine seal: the structure is compact and the installation is convenient. Under the same auxiliary system, the service life is 2 to 3 times longer than that of the ordinary seal.
3. Double-end machine seal: it adopts circulating washing and external cooling, and its service life is 1.5 times longer than that of single-end face.
4. The friction pair is hard to hard (YG6/YG8, SiC/SiC, etc.), which has a good effect on the medium with high viscosity, containing a small amount of solid particles or the medium produced by crystallization.
According to the above sealing structure, let's analyze the cooling of the heat conducting oil pump: if a cooling water jacket is installed around the sealing cavity of the heat conducting oil pump and cooled with cold water, the temperature of the sealing cavity can be reduced to 200 ℃ 250 ℃. For the single-face seal, injection flushing is used to introduce clean wax oil with a temperature of about 100 ℃ from the outside (generally not using diesel oil, because diesel oil is a finished product), which not only reduces the temperature, but also improves the working environment, which is an effective way; quench water is used on the outside of the gland.
Specific methods of gas tightness test of heat conduction oil pump:
1. The hydraulic test method, first of all, the heat conduction oil pump is marked with clear water, the inlet and outlet of the heat conduction oil pump is sealed with flanges, and an air intake valve is installed at either inlet or outlet, so that the air intake valve is connected with the air pump, and the air pump is opened to inflate the heat conduction oil pump to 8MPa pressure. After waiting for an hour, the pump body of the heat conduction oil pump is detected for leakage and whether the pressure is decreased. If the pressure leakage of the lower pressure gauge is found to prove the leakage of the pump body, the dead corners of the pump body of the heat conducting oil pump should be carefully examined to see if there is water leakage. After the inspection, exhaust and drainage in time, carry on the welding repair to the leakage point of the heat conduction oil pump.
2. The air pressure experiment. Seal the inlet and outlet of the heat-conducting oil pump with flanges, either at one inlet or outlet, install an air intake valve to connect the air intake valve and the air pump, open the air pump, inflate the heat-conducting oil pump to 8MPa pressure, put all the heat-conducting oil pump into the prepared pool or tank, observe whether there are blisters, observe carefully, because some leaks are smaller and the bubbles are smaller. If you find bubbles coming out, check and mark them in time, then release the gas from the pump and clean it up and repair it.
