As a high-temperature heat pump for transporting high-temperature oil and oil, the leakage problem is absolutely not allowed. Once the sealing oil leakage occurs in the heat-conducting oil pump, it must be dealt with immediately. The main reason for the high noise of RY hot oil pump and heat-conducting oil pump is the damage of bearing or the cavitation of heat-conducting oil pump in circulation and the vibration caused by unstable support of heat-conducting oil pump.
Due to the long-term contact operation of the heat oil pump, the oil in the bearing chamber is not often changed by the user in the course of use, which leads to the long-term high-speed operation of the bearing in the case of poor lubrication conditions, resulting in the damage of the heat conduction oil pump bearing, which leads to the noise of the heat conduction oil pump. The heat conduction oil pump should be maintained regularly in daily production, cleaned and the oil lubricated by the bearing room should be replaced in time. Once the bearing damage is found, the bearing should be replaced in time to avoid damage to other parts of the pump. Newly installed customers often use heat conducting oil pumps for the first time when using oil temperature rising too fast or oil temperature rising too high. This will cause the heat conduction oil to produce gas in the pipeline, and these gases will explode instantly when passing through the heat conduction oil pump during the transportation cycle of the heat conduction oil pump, thus causing noise in the heat conduction oil pump. When the heat-conducting oil pump is used for the first time, the oil temperature should be raised slowly and the heat-conducting oil pump should be started at the same time, and the heat-conducting oil pump should be officially used after opening the pipeline exhaust valve to clean the gas in the pipeline. Another is that when the heat conduction oil pump is installed, there is no support point on the inlet and outlet pipeline or the support point is unstable, which results in huge pipeline resonance when the heat conduction oil pump is in use, so it will produce noise. The support of the pipeline should be stabilized in time.
Treatment methods for common faults of heat conduction oil pump:
1, if the heat conduction oil pump is easy to inhale air when working, it may be that the pump body of the heat conduction oil pump is in direct contact with the hard seal on both sides of the end cover, so the flatness of the contact surface does not meet the prescribed requirements; if the end cover is in direct contact with the gland, the air is also easy to enter; but when the cover is made of plastic, it is easy to be damaged and deformed at high temperature, and of course the air will enter.
2, the heat conduction oil pump should adapt to the height of the oil surface, and the pump should not be too high away from the oil surface when it is installed, especially when the pump speed is low, mainly to ensure that it is not easy to inhale air, so it must meet the prescribed requirements.
3, the amount of oil in the mailbox is insufficient, or if the oil pipe mouth is not inserted below the oil level, the pump will inhale air, and then the oil can be added to the oil tank to the oil mark line; if the oil surface is exposed at the oil return pipe mouth, sometimes the air will be pumped back into the system because of the instantaneous negative pressure in the system, so the oil return pipe mouth should generally be inserted below the oil level.
4. The frame type oil seal is used for sealing. If the spring of the clamping lip falls off, or the oil seal is reversed, or the lip is pulled and aged, the back end of the oil seal will often be in a state of negative pressure and inhale air, which can be solved by replacing a new oil seal.
5, clean the oil filter, select the oil filter with larger capacity and proper inlet and outlet diameter, because the oil absorption filter is blocked by dirt or its capacity is too small, which leads to the increase of oil absorption resistance and inhaling air; in addition, the larger caliber of the oil outlet may also bring air into the air.
The method to solve the fault of the heat conduction oil pump: if the flatness of the pump body or cover does not meet the prescribed requirements, it can be ground on a surface grinder so that its flatness does not exceed 5 μ m, and the verticality of its plane and hole needs to be guaranteed; at the same time, it can also be ground on a surface grinder so that its flatness does not exceed 5 μ m; in case of leakage, it can be sealed with adhesive such as epoxy resin. In the use of heat conduction oil pump must be the main points, in order to achieve higher efficiency, we must pay attention to.
