1. The temperature below 200 degrees Celsius is a cold oil pump, and above 200 degrees Celsius is a hot oil pump.
2. The general hot oil pump sealing mechanism is filled with sealing oil, but the cold oil pump is not injected.
3. The pump body of the hot oil pump adopts the vertical segmented type, while the pump body of the cold oil pump adopts the horizontal middle type. Some hot oil pumps have a structure to prevent the centerline of the pump body from moving.
4. The clearance of the hot oil pump mouth ring is large. The cold oil pump is smaller.
5. Hot oil pump materials are mostly made of carbon steel and alloy steel, while cold oil pumps can use cast iron.
6. The hot oil pump needs to be preheated before starting, while the cold oil pump is the same as the cold oil pump.
7. The mechanical seals of the support, bearing box and packing box of the hot oil pump all need to be cooled by water, while the cold oil pump can not be used.

(1) Single end face seal: using injection flushing, the flushing solution is reduced second line wax oil at about 100C, and the pressure is higher 0.05~0.15Mpa than that in the sealing cavity. Hot water (soft water) is used for rapid cooling on the outside of the gland.
(2) Metal bellows machine seal: compact structure, convenient installation, in the same auxiliary system, the service life is 2 to 3 times that of the ordinary seal.
(3) Double-end machine seal: using circulating flushing and external cooling, the service life is 1.5 times longer than that of single-end face.
(4) The friction pair is hard to hard (YG6/YG8, SiC/SiC, etc.), which has a good effect on the medium with high viscosity, a small amount of solid particles or the medium produced by crystallization.
