The cam rotor pump adopts one-blade, two-blade, three-blade, butterfly and other multi-blade rotor. the cam rotor pump is a multi-purpose volumetric pump, which has the characteristics of low rotational speed, high output torque, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. it is a kind of sanitary volumetric pump, which is embodied in the transportation of materials with high viscosity, high temperature and high corrosion. The conveying process is more stable and continuous, and can ensure that the physical properties of the material are not destroyed in the conveying process, and the viscosity of the transportable material is as high as 1000000CP.
 

The difference between rotors:

One-blade rotor: suitable for conveying media containing large particles, the crushing rate of large particles is low, but its pulsation is large, the pressure is low, and the volume is small.

Two-blade rotor: suitable for conveying medium containing small and medium particle materials, the crushing rate of small and medium particle materials is relatively low, slightly pulsating, and the volume is larger than that of one-blade rotor.

Three-blade rotor: a general type of rotor, the volume is larger than other types of rotor, various performance indicators are better than one-blade, two-blade rotor, three-blade rotor has a certain crushing rate of particles in the process of conveying materials.

There are also two special rotor blades in the cam rotor pump, which are:

1. Butterfly type: due to the use of butterfly rotor, it not only has the characteristics of general rotor pump, but also has certain advantages in conveying materials with high viscosity and large particles, and can effectively transport particularly viscous materials.

2. Single butterfly curve type: this series of pumps are specially designed and manufactured to solve the problem of conveying large granular materials, and its unique shape and curve form enable it to have incomparable advantages over other pumps when transporting large granular materials. It can effectively avoid particle damage in the process of conveying materials, and it is the first choice for conveying materials containing particles.
