The working principle of food rotor pump. The food rotor pump is a new type of pump which works according to the principle of rotary meshing volumetric type. the main working components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator). Because of the special geometry of the two parts, a separate sealing cavity is formed, the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction, the internal velocity is low, the volume remains constant, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no eddy current and agitation.

The output pressure of the food rotor pump is 0.6MPa, and the head is 60m (clear water). It is suitable for conveying medium temperature below 80℃ (special requirement can reach 150℃). Because the stator of the food rotor pump is made of a variety of elastic materials, this kind of pump is incompetent for the transportation of high viscosity fluid and the transportation of hard suspended particle medium or fiber medium. The flow rate is proportional to the speed.
