The viscosity is too high, the gear oil pump can not bite the material.
Solution:
Confirm the direction of rotation.
Confirm whether the valve is closed.
Check valves and pressure gauges.
Check the liquid viscosity, whether the rotational speed proportional flow occurs when running at low speed, and if there is a flow rate, the inflow is insufficient.
Failure phenomenon: insufficient flow of gear oil pump.
Cause of failure:
Suction or discharge valve closed.
Low inlet pressure.
Outlet pipeline blockage.
Filling box leakage.
The speed is too low.
Solution:
Confirm whether the valve is closed.
Check whether the valve is open.
Confirm whether the discharge is normal.
Fastening; when a large number of leakage affects production, it should stop operation and disassemble and check.
Check the actual speed of the pump shaft.
Failure phenomenon: abnormal sound.
Cause of failure:
Large eccentricity or poor lubrication of coupling.
