1. Check whether the rotor pump, pipeline and joint are loose or not. Turn the rotor pump by hand to see if the stainless steel cam rotor pump is flexible.

2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the centerline of the oil standard, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.

3. Unscrew the diversion plug of the rotor pump body and pour water (or slurry).

4. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.

5. Start the motor to see if the motor steering is correct.

6. Start the motor, when the rotor pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the imported vacuum pump, open the gate valve gradually after it shows the appropriate pressure, and check the load of the motor at the same time.

7. Try to control the flow rate and head of the rotor pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the rotor pump operates at the highest efficiency point in order to achieve the maximum energy saving effect.

8. During the operation of the stainless steel cam rotor pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80C.

9. If abnormal sound is found in the rotor pump, you should stop immediately to check the cause.

10. When the rotor pump is to stop using, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

11. The stainless steel cam rotor pump will change the lubricating oil after 100 hours within the first month of operation, and then change the oil every 500 hours.

12. Often adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping condition in the packing chamber is normal (it is appropriate to leak out into drops).

13. Check the wear of the shaft sleeve regularly and replace it in time after the wear is large.

14. When the rotor pump is used in the cold winter, after stopping, it is necessary to unscrew the drain plug in the lower part of the pump body to release the medium. To prevent frost cracking.

15. When the stainless steel cam rotor pump is out of use for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, dry the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, and keep them properly.
