Things to do before we start:
1. Check whether the oil in the gear box is sufficient, and the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. The general replacement time is about 4,000 hours of use.
2. Open the inlet and outlet gates of the pipeline before starting. When the medium enters, you need to turn the rotor pump by hand. After confirming that it is normal, it can be officially operated, and it cannot be operated when the pump is empty.
3. Lobe rotor pump needs attention during operation. We should pay attention to the power of the motor and the running situation during operation. If there is any abnormality, stop the operation to find the cause.
4. The pump body sealed with packing can allow one to three drops per minute. If it exceeds, the material ring should be pressed tightly. If the mechanical seal is used, there should be no leakage and heat generation.
