The cause of mechanical leakage of high viscosity pump. Cam rotor pump is also called colloid pump, cam pump, three-blade pump, universal pump and so on. Rotor pump belongs to volumetric pump. It achieves the purpose of conveying fluid by means of the periodic conversion of several fixed volume conveying units in the working cavity.
Recently, an old customer asked us why his machine seal was leaked and how we should solve it. The customer came to our factory with the machine, and when we put on the new mechanical seal for him, the machine had no problem and could continue to be used smoothly.
When we had a clear understanding of the customer's working conditions, we proposed a solution for him. It turns out that the material temperature of this customer is too high, and the working time is long. When the cooling water is circulating, some of the high viscosity pumps gasify, holding back the pressure in the cooling pipe, and the circulating water can not be recycled, so the seal is prone to leakage. At this time, we propose to ask the customer to directly pass through the cooling water at one time, without the need for circulation, so that the seal can be used for a long time.
After-sales solution for high viscosity pump:
1. The high viscosity pump must be lower than the can pipe outlet, and the discharge outlet can flow into the pump cavity through the pipe as soon as possible.
2. The material must flow into the pump cavity before it can be turned on and transported, otherwise it is easy to leak in the sealing aspect.
3. The temperature of the material will also cause leakage of the machine seal, which is normally sealed by a single machine at 80~100°and by a dual machine at 100~150°.
