YHCB gear oil transfer pump is composed of double circular arc gears, which belongs to the gear oil pump with high efficiency transmission. When it works, the active gear drives the slave gear to rotate, the gears disengage and mesh and the volume increases, forming a local vacuum, so that the oil enters the suction chamber under the action of atmospheric pressure. In the oil pressure chamber, the gears enter into meshing, the volume decreases, and the oil is extruded, thus realizing the delivery of oil.
This pump can meet the larger flow rate and higher pressure conveying requirements, such as 60YHCB-30 model, the flow rate of up to 28m³/h, the working pressure of 0.4MPa.
