RY series centrifugal pumps successfully convey high-temperature edible oils due to their high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, zero leakage, and energy efficiency. These advantages ensure stable transportation of hot oil without leakage or contamination.
This pump adopts a single-stage cantilevered structure, with its impeller, pump body, and related components constructed from heat-resistant and wear-resistant materials, subjected to secondary stress-relief aging treatment. Consequently, it can handle media temperatures as high as 350°C. Furthermore, it replaces the traditional water-cooled jacket design with an external bearing housing featuring annular cooling fins and fan-assisted air cooling. This allows operation even during water or power outages, completely eliminating the risk of motor burnout associated with traditional water-cooled pumps when water supply is interrupted.
When edible oil spills come into contact with oxygen, their acid value and peroxide value can rise sharply, potentially producing carcinogenic substances that pose hazards to both the environment and human health. To achieve zero-leakage conveyance, RY centrifugal oil pumps employ flexible graphite rings on the inner side of the packing gland and PTFE seals on the outer side. These seals withstand temperatures up to 380°C and boast a lifespan approximately 20 times longer than rubber materials.
In general, cast steel materials are sufficient for standard edible oils. However, for transporting media with high acid values or salt-containing seasoning oils, upgrading the pump body, impeller, and seal chamber to 316L stainless steel achieves the required performance. Due to its food-grade material selection and clean, safe medium transfer capabilities, it is particularly suitable for production lines manufacturing instant noodles, chips, and similar products. Moreover, the RY series thermal oil pumps feature built-in insulation layers. When combined with pipeline insulation, they can reduce heat loss by 15% to 20%. In other words, they eliminate the need for a cooling water system, offering both freeze protection and contamination prevention. RY series thermal oil pumps feature high-temperature wear-resistant materials, zero-leakage operation, and safe, stable performance. These characteristics eliminate risks of oxidation, leakage, and contamination during high-temperature edible oil transfer, making them the ideal choice for food industry applications such as frying and refining.
