1. It is necessary to be filled with the IHF fluorine plastic centrifugal pumps before starting to add enough liquid transported. It is totally forbidden to start IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps without any liquid.
2. IHF fluorine plastic centrifugal pump after starting, should gradually open the output valve, adjusted to the necessary working conditions before being put into use, in the state of spitting pipeline valve closed, the pump shall not run continuously for more than three minutes.
3. After ceasing operation, fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps must shut off their inlet valve, allow the pump to cool, and then shut off each subsidiary system valve in turn.
4. It is definitely forbidden to reverse the outlet valve. Close it and turn on the power right away after making sure the pump steering is the same as indicated by the pump steering arrow.
5. When conveying easily crystallised, solidified or precipitated media, the pump and piping should be flushed with water or other media immediately after stopping the pump to prevent clogging. At the same time, the accumulated liquid in the pump should be discharged immediately in order to prevent freezing and rusting.
6. Regularly check the condition of the seals. Generally speaking, the service life of seals is three to six months, but it varies according to different media, working conditions and use time. For example, temperature, presence or absence of particles, particle size and content all have an impact on the service life of seals. After a period of time, such as dripping phenomenon, you can turn off the power, loosen the locking mechanism, adjust the moving ring parts, change the amount of sealing, can be used again.
