But in the gearbox part, we give customers are made of stainless steel 304, some manufacturers are made of iron, in long-term use, iron will inevitably rust. But the anti-rust performance of stainless steel 304 is certainly much better than that of iron, and its service life is longer.
2. The second is the mechanical seal, the mechanical seal of the rotor pump is a vulnerable part, most manufacturers do not have a warranty, but we also promise to customers in the seal quality assurance use, so that customers can rest assured that our machinery and equipment. We also have some customers who have been using our machinery for seven or eight years before the seal is damaged. We only need to replace the seal and we can continue to use it.
3. At the same time, in after-sales service, we have a professional maintenance team to follow up after-sales for customers, and in the first time, answer and solve problems for customers. After listening to our analysis, the customer ordered two 3RP rotor pumps from us.
