Installation and disassembly of screw pump.

1. Check the screw pump motor to make sure there is no damage during transportation and loading and unloading.

2. Check the tools and lifting appliances, and check the foundation of the machine.

3. Unscrew the drain plug on the suspension, remove the lubricating oil, and remove the motor.

4. Loosen the connecting bolt of the pump body and the bearing body, and separate the impeller, the shaft seal body, the bearing body and the pump body.

5. Loosen the impeller nut and remove the impeller and part keys.

6. Remove the shaft seal body and seal part, remove the static ring of the mechanical seal, remove the packing cover of the packing seal and remove the packing.

7. Remove the rotating part and sleeve of the mechanical seal from the shaft, and remove the sleeve of the packing seal.

8. Remove bracket and coupling of bearing body.

9. Remove bearing gland, water-swinging rubber ring, pump shaft and bearing.
