High viscosity rotor pump is a new type of volumetric pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical industry, paint, grease, medicine, dye, food and other industries. Because the product can choose different materials and its structure, it is widely used in the transportation of media with different properties and different viscosity. If the flushing fluid of the high viscosity rotor pump is insufficient or interrupted occasionally, the one-way valve will close automatically, and the friction ring will carry the load of the fluid at the end of the medium, thus cutting off the sealed medium into the sealing cavity, thus providing protection for the seal.

1. The high viscosity rotor pump shall use the specified voltage, and the line voltage shall not exceed plus or minus 1/10 of the voltage specified on the nameplate of the pump.

2. The high viscosity rotor pump is connected to the motor after opening the box. It is closely connected with the motor, so that the pump body and the motor are integrated, and the outlet wheel pipe is connected.

It must be replaced in time (2 brushes are replaced at the same time) or it will cause damage due to poor contact between the brush and the commutator, damage the commutator, and burn out the armature in serious cases.

6. The high viscosity rotor pump shall not be used under the following circumstances. If the insulation is damaged, the plug and socket is cracked or the contact is bad, the power supply cable sheath is broken, and when intermittent operation, sparks and other faults occur, the motor shell should be repaired immediately and shall not be used before repair.
