First, the connection between the
rotary lobe pump and the motor shaft should first be corrected separately and ensure that the two are coaxial before the coupling can be installed. Otherwise, the parts will be damaged.
Second, because the stainless steel rotor pump is a constant volume pump, the displacement per rotation is fixed, once the last process stops working and the pump continues to work, the pressure of the pump will rise infinitely, resulting in seal leakage, machine damage and other accidents. To this end, effective preventive measures must be taken.
Third, if the control valve is added to the rotary lobe pump, it can only be installed on the outlet pipeline of the pump, and the control valve should not be installed on the outlet pipeline, which is easy to cause error overpressure.
After all installation, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out, including fastening of the machine parts, electrical wiring, etc., then turn the rotary lobe pump by hand for 3 to 5 revolutions, check to see if it is stuck and loose, adjust to normal, and then carry out power-on trial operation. If abnormal is found, it should be shut down and checked, and it can only be delivered after everything is normal.
