IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is a kind of single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, which is one of the latest corrosion-resistant equipment in Shenghui pump industry. In order to effectively prevent the leakage of the pump body and ensure the safety of the pump, the pump adopts a new combination of mechanical seal and packing seal.
This pump is designed and produced in accordance with international standards, the pump body is made of metal shell lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene, and the pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are sintered and pressed into shape with metal inserts outsourced with fluorine plastic as a whole. Among them, the fluorine plastic material has outstanding acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance and other properties, which can easily cope with various corrosive media and prolong the service life of the pump. At the same time, the shaft seal adopts external bellows mechanical seal, static ring using 99.99% alumina ceramics or silicon nitride dynamic ring with PTFE filling material. Therefore, the pump has excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance as well as excellent sealing. In order to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump, the pump inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel body.
