Installation Notes:
1. It is necessary to pay attention to the operation direction of the motor to avoid reversal.
2. A section of easily removable pipeline with a length greater than the definition should be installed before use to facilitate the regular replacement of the stator.
3. The pipeline needs to be cleaned before installation to avoid foreign matter damaging the stator and rotor leading to clogging.
4. It should be noted that the inlet of the progressive cavity pump is in the vertical direction, and the outlet is in the horizontal direction, so as to ensure that the seal works under negative pressure, and the pressure of the sealing chamber can be reduced, and rotate counterclockwise from the outlet direction. The inlet and outlet flanges of the progressive cavity pump should not bear the weight of the pipeline, and the pipeline should be equipped with support points.
5. The through diameter of the pipeline should match the through diameter of the pump as much as possible, too small inlet pipe diameter will lead to insufficient supply of the screw pump, thus affecting the discharge volume and output pressure of the high viscosity screw pump. In serious cases, vibration of the pipeline may be triggered, resulting in early damage to the stator, and too small an outlet pipe diameter will lead to loss of outlet pressure.
6. For the single-ended seal shaft seal, if the pumping is then viscous, easy to solidify the crystallization of the medium should be stopped after the pump to pay attention to the mechanical seal cleaning, in order to protect the normal operation of the mechanical seal.
7. For the use of mechanical seal shaft seal, should pay attention to the introduction of water, lubricating oil or other coolants. Usage Precautions:
1. Before starting the progressive cavity pump, the medium to be pumped is injected into the suction chamber of the pump, which can guarantee the lubrication of the rubber stator. When the progressive cavity pump stops running, there should be enough medium left in the suction chamber.
2. Remember to prohibit the G-type progressive cavity pump idling, otherwise it will cause damage to the stator, even if idling for a short time.
3. If the pump is used in an environment where the medium is freezing, in order to avoid freezing and cracking the pipeline, you can turn out the plug below.
4. Before starting, check once again to make sure that it is correct and then start the machine.
5. When the G single stainless steel screw pump is stopped and not used in winter or high cold area. You should open the bottom plug to avoid freezing the pump body after releasing the accumulated liquid.
