G series single screw pump use matters needing attention

G series single screw pump is a kind of internal meshing closed screw pump, belonging to internal meshing rotary positive displacement pump, mainly composed of eccentric screw and bushing. Due to the geometry of the stator and rotor, a number of separate sealed cavities are formed respectively. The operation of the rotor will continuously, uniformly and with constant volume deliver the medium in each sealed cavity from the suction end to the pressure end. Because of these characteristics, the single screw pump in petroleum, medicine, food, brewing, construction, power plant, papermaking, printing, boilers, chemical and other industries are widely used.
There are several points to pay attention to in the process of use: 1. Before starting the machine, determine the rotation direction of the pump first. It is forbidden to use the pump in reverse. 2. It is strictly prohibited to start the pump without material in the pump. The stator will be damaged if the pump runs idling. 3. If the pump is newly installed or shut down for a period of time, it cannot be started immediately when it is used next time. It should be injected with appropriate soapy water or oil into the pump first, and then pulled a few turns with pipe pliers. 4. After conveying medium with high viscosity, corrosive or containing solid particles, apply water or solvent to flush the pump to prevent the pump from blocking and causing the next pump to fail to start. 5. If any abnormality is found during operation, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and troubleshoot the fault. 6. When using the pump in winter, the fluid should be removed to prevent freezing and cracking of the pump. 7. In use, the bearing housing should be lubricated regularly. If seepage is found at the shaft end, it is necessary to deal with it in time or change the oil seal.
