1. The installation of the heat transfer oil pump has a very important influence on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so the installation work must be carried out carefully and should not be done hastily.
2. The installation height, length and diameter of the suction line of the high temperature oil pump should meet the design requirements, strive to be brief, reduce unnecessary losses, and ensure that the allowable cavitation margin is not exceeded during operation.
3. The suction and pressure outlet pipeline of the pump should have support or hanger, and the pump is not allowed to bear the weight of the pipeline.
4. The installation site of the high temperature oil pump is wide enough to facilitate maintenance.
5. Installation sequence.
(1) put the unit as a whole on the basis of buried anchor bolts, and use the level to correct the base of the pump. After confirming that there is no problem, fix the anchor bolts.
(2) check the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft, the runout on the outer circle of the coupling should not exceed 0.1mm, the gap between the two coupling planes should be 2-3mm, and the clearance tolerance should be 0.3mm.
(3) turn on the motor and check whether the steering of the motor is consistent with the steering sign of the heat transfer oil pump.
(4) in order to prevent sundries from falling into the pump during installation, the inlet and outlet of the pump should be closed.
(5) before opening the circulating pump, the pipeline system should be cleaned and a filter should be installed in the upstream section of the inlet of the pump to prevent debris from entering the pump.
(6) after the actual commissioning of the unit for 3-4 hours, the final inspection shall be made. If there are no adverse phenomena, the installation shall be considered to be qualified.
