Working principle of CAM rotor pump

CAM rotor pump also known as colloidal pump, CAM pump, three-leaf pump, universal transport pump, etc., CAM lobe pump belongs to positive displacement pump. It is to achieve the purpose of conveying fluid by periodic transformation of a number of fixed volume conveying units in the working chamber. 
 

 
The mechanical energy of the prime mover is directly transformed into the pressure energy of the conveying fluid through the pump. The flow rate of the pump only depends on the volume change of the working chamber and its frequency of change in unit time, and (theoretically) has nothing to do with the discharge pressure. The rotor pump in the working process is actually through a pair of synchronous rotating rotors. The rotor has a pair of synchronous gears in the box body for transmission, and the rotor is driven by the main and auxiliary shafts to rotate in the opposite direction. The volume of the pump changes, thus forming a higher vacuum degree and discharge pressure. Especially suitable for sanitation medium and corrosive, high viscosity medium transport.
