1. Steam pressure
Low steam pressure and pressure fluctuations have a great impact on the capacity of the vacuum pump, so the steam pressure should not be lower than the required working pressure, but the structure design of the vacuum pump used has been finalized, and increasing the steam pressure too much will not increase the pumping capacity and vacuum. degree. In addition, to ensure that the steam pressure supplied by the boiler is stable, it is best to use a boiler to provide working steam to the steam jet pump so that the steam pressure will not fluctuate and the performance of the vacuum pump is stable.

 

 
2. Circulating cooling water
If the cooling water supply is insufficient, the condenser will heat up, the airflow sound will become louder, the vacuum will drop rapidly, and even steam will return to the exhaust pipe. Condensed water plays a pivotal role in multi-stage vacuum pumps. Condensed water can fully condense the steam. The partial pressure of water vapor in the discharge pressure of the vacuum pump must be higher than its corresponding full vapor pressure, so the temperature of the condensed water should also be lower than The full temperature under this pressure can ensure the normal operation of the pump body.

 

 
3. Nozzle
The nozzle is an important component that affects the performance of the vacuum pump. The problems are: wrong nozzle installation, crooked installation, blockage, damage, corrosion and leakage. No matter what precautions are taken, nozzle blockage is inevitable. On the one hand, when the steam pipe is installed, the iron filings and welding slag in the pipe will block the nozzle; on the other hand, when the vacuum pump system is out of service, the steam pipe is easy to rust, and the rust spots fall off and block the nozzle during use.

4. Use environment
The environmental impact mainly refers to the pollution of the system by the pumped gas. During the disposal of the molten steel, the molten steel will release a lot of gas, and at the same time, a part of fine oxide dust and other small particles will be sucked into the vacuum pump, and these small particles will accumulate. Adhesion to the pump body reduces the conductance of the pumping pipe, prolongs the pumping time, and reduces the pumping function of the pump.
