In conventional centrifugal pumps, when transporting thermal oil at 350°C, issues such as interrupted cooling water supply, bearing seizure, seal carbonization, and casing cracking often arise, making transportation extremely challenging. The RY series thermal oil pumps are designed to treat 350°C as ambient temperature, eliminating the need for cooling water. Instead, they utilize air-cooled heat sinks and high-temperature bearings to redefine the reliability of thermal oil circulation. RY series centrifugal pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pumps specifically designed for conveying high-temperature media such as thermal oil, heat transfer oil, silicone oil, and molten salt, which do not contain solid particles and have temperatures ranging from -20°C to 350°C. These pumps are characterized by stable operation, superior performance, reliable sealing, and high energy efficiency, making them an ideal choice for high-temperature medium conveyance.
RY series high temperature oil pump has revolutionized the traditional structure of thermal oil pumps through its design, adopting a natural cooling method. Additionally, the pump body and internal components are made of high-temperature-resistant materials, ensuring stable transportation even under extreme temperatures. This pump can achieve a maximum head of 125 meters and a maximum flow rate of 500 m³/h, meeting the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemicals, and plastics. To meet different process requirements, the flow rate and speed of the pump can be adjusted accordingly.
This pump adopts a design concept without cooling water. The bearing housing features integrated air-cooled fins and forced convection, eliminating the need for a water-cooled jacket. This not only prevents cooling water leakage from contaminating the heat transfer oil but also reduces operational energy consumption by 8–10%. To ensure optimal performance in conveying high-temperature thermal oil, the RY series centrifugal oil pump incorporates thermal expansion allowances in its shaft system, bearing clearance, and seal compression. Additionally, the dual-end ball bearing support structure allows axial free expansion, preventing shaft binding. Additionally, the pump employs metal mechanical seals and high-temperature-resistant packing as auxiliary measures. The stationary rings are made of SiC and graphite or hard alloy, effectively preventing leaks in high-temperature environments up to 350°C.
In environments where high-temperature media are transported, unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, all RY series centrifugal pumps are equipped with multiple safety protection measures, including pressure protection and overheat protection, enabling automatic shutdown in abnormal conditions to prevent equipment damage and safety incidents. The RY series hot oil pumps are specifically designed for transporting high-temperature media. From an internal structure, component, and technical perspective, this pump overcomes the limitations of traditional pumps when transporting hot oil and other media, making it an indispensable ideal solution in the field of hot oil transportation.
