2BV series vacuum pump is a liquid ring vacuum pump designed for conveying gas and steam and it is an ideal solution for high-capacity dehydration industries such as petroleum, machinery, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and sugar. In addition, the pump can also be connected to an explosion-proof motor to meet the requirements for pumping explosive gases in flammable and explosive places. It should be noted that when the liquid ring vacuum pump is operated for a long time under the condition of suction pressure below 80 mbar, a cavitation protection tube should be connected for protection.

Product Details:

2BV liquid ring vacuum pump can make a water ring in the pump body through the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller, thus realizing the pumping and compression of gases. When the pump is operated for long periods at suction pressures below 80 mbar, it should be protected by connecting a cavitation protection tube. If equipped with an atmospheric ejector that can be mounted directly on the vacuum pump cylinder, suction pressures of up to 10 mbar are possible. Meanwhile, it can achieve absolute pressure of up to 0.26MPa when used as a compressor.

Application:

It is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, steel and other industries, and can be used in various processes such as vacuum filtration, steam recovery, vacuum distillation, etc. If it is necessary to extract explosive gas in flammable and explosive places, an explosion-proof motor can be connected to meet its requirements.

Feature:

1. The unique exhaust port design prevents overpressure in the pump body, ensuring optimal efficiency within the operating range.
2. This vacuum pump features flexible seals made entirely of PTFE material, significantly extending pump lifespan under harsh operating conditions.
3. When operating near ultimate vacuum, the cavitation protection port automatically opens (or connects to the separator) to eliminate sharp noises and protect the pump body.
