G sanitary single screw pump has the eccentric screw and fixed liner as the main working parts. Due to the special geometry of the two parts, forming a separate sealing chamber. The medium flows evenly from the axial direction, with low internal flow rate, constant volume, stable pressure, and no vortex and stirring. Each pump has an output pressure of 0.6MPa, a head of 60m (clear water), and is suitable for conveying media with a temperature of 80℃ or less (up to 150℃ for special requirements). The pumps can be equipped with various drives, with three-phase gear motors being the most suitable. The machine can be customized according to customer requirements at the entrance of the special materials hopper, to maintain the smoothness of the feed, so as to achieve the feed, discharge without pressure, and the pump is more efficient, longer service life, completely and absolutely solves the customer's problem.

G stainless steel screw pump is a new type of pump working according to the principle of rotary meshing volumetric type, and its main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed liner (stator). The medium is uniformly pushed along the axial direction, the internal flow is small, the volume is unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so it will not produce vortex and churning.
